1. We will offer distributors in the automotive industry a certification of Sales Consultants of the goals that each Automotive Group defines.  

An example of the goals that have been defined for the Sales Advisor are:

1. Proportional sales of vehicles in each of the weeks of the month with personalized goals by advisor.

2. Make at least 20 daily contacts with clients (including clients from the client database who bought from 2013 to date, calls to clients who bought in other agencies but who come to service and potential clients marked in the customer credit references)

3. Sending 20 personalized proposals via WhatsApp with 4 different payment schemes  one day before calling the clients reviewed of the particular situation and preferences of each client registered in the different systems of the Agency.

4. The number of proposals can be increased up to 10 smart conversations with customers.

5. Make the indicated percentage of conversion to apartment sales and show room appointments 20% of customer visits to the apartment must be converted into sales.

6. At least 50% of sales must be made on credit.

7. At least 40% of sales must be made involving the taking of the customer's car.

8. 100% of the total sales per month must contemplate the vehicle mix established by the Sales Management for that month.

10. 50% of appointments made with clients must include a test drive.

11. 40% of sales must involve an appraisal made by the agency.

12. A minimum 12% conversion to citations must be met.

12. 12% of sales must be made through the leasing figure and in all cases in writing, also raise this possibility.

13. 30% of the sales for the month must have involved the sale of multi-year insurance

14. 30% penetration of cash insurance

15. 30% of sales must incorporate the sale of extended warranties.

16. Take the vehicle technician and channel certification exam and  of goals per position until obtaining  a passing grade of 95 out of 100 to have the Certificate.
